St. Petersburg is known as the Sunshine City within the Sunshine State! The city holds claim to its name as it has the world record for most sunny days in a row. The Sunken Gardens can be found next door and is a great place to take the family. In the gardens you will see hundreds of flowers, flamingos, birds, plants, and trees. These are just a few, but more events for children can be found at the North Shore Aquatic Center, along with lots of parks to enjoy.  If the family enjoys baseball you can even take them to see the Rays play!
