Recently, we received a call from a precious lady in Hernando Beach who was suffering from the sudden loss of her husband. They were a successful business couple who owned several pieces of property that she needed to sell quickly. They had purchased a commercial piece, a rental property and a couple pieces of vacant land. The taxes and the lack of income coming into her home was such a burden and was putting her under great pressure while trying to grieve. This was a real estate emergency. We reduced our fees and lowered the prices for a quick sale. As of right now there is only one property left. No we really did not make that much money but it has been a very rewarding experience to be able to help and to see the relief in her face.
