Kim and Dan helped me as tried to find a rental in 2012…. For two and a half months! After I realized buying would the best for my situation, they were still there for me with the same positive approach in my my different and even more complicated approach to buying my first home. This was our first home buying experience and we were intimidated, to say the least. Kim walked us through every step, explained along the way, and never made us feel silly for what was probably very basic questions. We had a VERY difficult time with our lender and Kim fought on our behalf to make our closing as smooth and quick as possible. Her responsiveness was truly amazing. She would email me back or call within a day, often right away! I don’t know how we would have gotten through this without her and her positivity. She treated us like friends, not clients.
