Dan has been a real estate agent for nearly 30 years. Dan was present during the boom, the bust, and the recovery. Because of his varied background experience, he brings a lot to the real estate market. He served as a pastor of a church, a school teacher, advisor to the mayor of Tampa, and served on many boards and committees from various fields.

Dan has also traveled many places in the world to give him a good perspective of the American dream of owning real estate. In the profession of real estate, Dan has experience in selling farms, vacant land, commercial building and land, and of course residential property. Dan is a good communicator, knowledgeable in his field and has been successful in closing millions of dollars of transactions. Kim was born and raised in West Springfield Massachusetts by parents in the HVAC and Refrigeration business.  Their reputation was built by their excellent customer service and satisfaction and leaving them happy in their homes.  That is where Kim learned the importance of listening to the needs of her clients and working hard to find them the best possible solution to their housing issues in the shortest amount of time possible.  This is combined with the management skills she learned in college where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.

Kim finds, helping people, make one of the most important decision in their lives, so rewarding.  She feels there is no better pat on the back than a referral from another client and that is what she strives for.

Six years ago she entered into the Real Estate field as an Administrative Assistant which allowed her to learn every aspect of the Real Estate business from behind the scenes.  The need to please drove her from behind the desk to be out in the field now over 5 years.  She is a proud mother of 4 children and loves dogs.  Kim is a member of the Hernando Board of Realtors and Business Network International.

In her very little spare time she enjoys cooking, going to the beach, drinking wine and of course spending time with her children.  Kim loves the everyday challenges of Real Estate but gets really excited when they involve short sales and relocations.  One very important thing Kim wants everyone to know is that she answers her phone and calls people back 7 days a week.
