Her career includes extensive work with military, government, and corporate relocation programs, guiding clients through smooth transitions nationwide and internationally. She is highly experienced in foreclosures, short sales, investment properties, and residential property management, with a special focus on waterfront homes—having lived directly on the Chesapeake Bay near Annapolis and the Intracoastal Waterway in Fort Lauderdale.
Now based in the Tampa Bay area, Ginny serves buyers and sellers in Hudson, New Port Richey, Hernando Beach, Spring Hill, Port Richey, Tarpon Springs, Dunedin and surrounding Gulf Coast communities. As a licensed Florida Title Agent, she provides seamless, full-service transaction management from contract to closing. Beyond her client work, she has conducted seminars across MD, VA, DC, and DE, training residential agents to successfully transition into commercial real estate.
An accomplished author, Ginny has written an investment book, “In a Dog Eat Dog World How to Fetch Profits in Florida’s Tax Certificate and Tax Deed Sales” and the children’s Goudaville Village Series.
